I´m Alba, Physiotherapist and Massage Therapist and creator of Atalaia Wellness. After 13 years working in the field of health in UK and Spain, I decided to open a bright and beautiful wellness studio in Lagos.

I studied BSc (Hons) Physiotherapist at the University of Alcala (Spain) and Specialised in Orthopaedics, Neurology and Sports Physiotherapy.

Passionate about women´s health, I finished my Master´s Degree in Pelvic Floor, Urogynecology and Obstetrics Physiotherapy at Complutense University in 2009 (Spain).

Certified Advanced Massage Therapist and expert in Japanese and Korean facial treatments and facial Yoga.
